So this week I have been researching into the awards that Goldin has won over her career. Not only is this important for my own knowledge as an emerging designer, but these are also aspects that would’ve influenced Goldin’s career growth. Across her career, Goldin has won 5 awards.

I have looked into each of these further and discovered their benefits and what they entail.

It is important as an emerging designer to know about these opportunities. Not only could they provide invaluable experience, but they also provide great networking, showcasing and employment opportunities. As competition is tough within this industry it is essential to be aware of these and understand how the previous winners were noticed and how they too advantage of them.

I’ve looked at Goldin’s collections, work history & achievements, now I am going to look into the Louise Goldin brand how this is marketed, advertised/networked.

Below is the document or my research that goes into more detail about each of the schemes Goldin has been awarded.
